Best Western Plus Coachella Valley Inn & Suites

This is awesome property to stay at! The hotel is very new, modern and very well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and very clean. The housekeeping staff is very attentive. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel like you are a guest in their home. Morning breakfast very nice! Our visit for four nights was delightful, I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Coachella/Desert Cities area. You will not be disappointed!

I usually stay at Hilton and Marriotts but choose this Best Western because the location to the arena. I was very impressed with the room, bed and amenities offered. Very clean and quiet. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. I would stay here again.

I was driving back to Az from LA. I was getting tired so I stopped here. I asked for a top floor room. There was none available as I checked in early. I was happy to be in a clean/nice/new room An hour or two later I went downstairs and Sinahi at the front desk transferred me to a top floor. Not only that but it was a suite. She was so nice and helpful. Also the gentleman when I returned the old keys was so courteous. Thank you BW staff and goodnight!

Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip this was our favorite. Everything was clean, modern, and in good working order. They even had gluten free muffins at breakfast. Only room for improvement was that, like most BW+, the TV only has about 100 local channels and wasn't smart. The location is super convenient although it's not a very scenic neighborhood.

This hotel saved our lives!!!! Chris and the team made us feel right at home. Traveling far and needed to rest. Didn’t have a plan and when other hotels were not; this place was super accommodating!! Thank you CHRIS!!!! Rooms are clean. Hot tub and heated pool are amazing and the gentleman cooking breakfast is on point!!! Highly recommended

I love this hotel, always stay here when in the Palm Springs area. It is convenient to an ARCO, Dennys, Starbucks, Taco Bell and of course the casino across the 10. Suites are spacious and well-maintained. The beds are a tad firm but very clean and comfortable bedding. The morning breakfast is top notch and the beverage options in the lobby are excellent throughout the day. The people at the desk are extremely helpful and friendly.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay here! Room was very clean and spacious! The breakfast was also very good and 24/7 fresh coffee. The pool was nice, but needs more lawn chair's for guests. Props to the lady at the front desk for hooking my son up with AA batteries for his headphones. The only downside was there were many homeless people hanging out in the parking lot asking for money when you walk towards your car. Other then that I would totally stay here again!!

Great value for the money, excellent location- the 10 freeway takes you quickly to any city in the valley, and Ramon Rd is just across the freeway and that is a straight shot to the Palm Springs airport (15 mins). Also it is next to In-n-Out and Del Taco if you need your fixes like we do every time we visit CA. Rooms were very clean, everything in working order especially the a/c which was wonderful in the heat. The pool was small, but clean and they were prompt to bring out more towels when asked. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast nothing to write home about, but they did have a nice coffee machine that made lattes and hot chocolate. Laundry room with 1 washer and dryer, good price at $1.50/1.75, soap was sold at front desk for $2. This was my second visit in a month, and this time had 4 other family members staying in a variety of rooms so was able to see the studio suite (tons of space for kids), a 1 bedroom suite (very nice kitchen with a bar counter) and a normal room on both sides of the hallway (the side of hallway with odd number rooms are much bigger).
